I remain nervous about posting on my blog , or any social media ,so much so that, I don’t post . Today’s prompt feels like a good time to dip my toe in the water again. In fact this week I have made two social media posts . I am proud of my bravery . After all , my last blog post Opportunity would support this .

No one should feel they cannot speak freely out of pure fear of “ What will people think ?” This is a fear , a nervous feeling that kept me hidden away increasing risk of depression and feeding my insecurities. So here is to keeping the momentum and riding through the rollercoaster up and downs in my belly , those butterflies have a lot to answer for some days .

Each craft I make teaches me a new lesson . If one craft is uneven , well so is life – it can go on a wonk .
